I suggest you get a cup of coffee before you read this. It is really long, but important. Hopefully, you will not be too upset to drink it. It is like A Guide to Domestic Terrorists for Dummies. Keep in mind, the Combating Terrorism Center if privately funded. So there is an agenda there. Entities outside of the Federal Government have influence there, through their pocketbooks. It is staffed by Military Officers for the most part, many of them Ph.D.s. I assume that they are getting hefty consultant fees on the sidelines?
Keep in mind that the report in question is written from the point of view that the Federal Government is sovereign in all affairs, both public and private. This includes your bodies and your thoughts. The people and the States and local governments are assumed to be subjects of, or proxies to, the Federal Government. The report assumes that there can be no other point of view. The report assumes that this should be self-evident to all.
You may be wondering what the Federal Government considers to be a terrorist. Well wonder no more! I have just read the first 40 pages to “Challengers from the Sidelines — Understanding America’s Far-Right”, by Arie Perlinger. This can be found on the Combating Terrorism Center at West Point’s website. You can print it or email it to a friend.
This was written in November of 2012. There is a disclaimer at the beginning of it that reads, The views expressed in this report are the author’s and do not necessarily reflect those of the Combating Terrorism Center, U.S. Military Academy, Department of Defense or U.S. Government. Mr. Perlinger then goes on to list several people he is indebted to for help in the composition of this manuscript. If you check the faculty of the CTC, you will see that some of those who helped are Colonels and Majors who teach at West Point. The operative words in Mr. Perlinger’s disclaimer are do not necessarily reflect. You decide what this disclaimer actually says.
These are the men and women who are training our new Officers. Is this the sort of stuff they are reading and being taught? I would love to hear from current Cadets, if this sort of stuff is a part of the curriculum at the CTC. If you want to advance in the Marine Corps, there used to be a list of over 150 books that were recommended reading. This list covered all sorts of topics. A lot of these books are very good, and should expand your mind. I have several of them in my personal library. I would suspect that this list has changed over the years.
Anyway, I will try to summarize and clarify it all for you. The report was meant to be inclusive of all possible characteristics of potential and actual terrorists (i.e., those in opposition to the Federal Government in thought or deed.) I have probably repeated myself in some of them, but I am not going over it all again. If even one of the characteristics I list below describes you, wholly or partially, you may be a terrorist, but it does not necessarily mean that you actually are one. Some are no-brainers. Others are sickening to me personally, like the racial and anti-Semitic characterizations. And some can only be described as “REALLY? You’re kidding me, right?”
The report assumes that it is up to the Federal Government to decide whether you have crossed the line into the non-homogenous terrorist territory, via their criteria for that. And these criteria are subject to change, depending on the political climate of the times. Remember, “from the Sidelines” in the view of the report’s author means a domestic enemy of the Federal Government, not necessarily of the people. You can substitute “Federal Government and any of its proxy organizations” wherever I wrote “Federal Government” in the following list.
You may need to take notes. I did. This is what I got out of the first 38 pages, and it is a lot:
1.) If you are an individual who self-identifies with the far right of American politics, you may be a terrorist.
2.) If you belong to a group that self-identifies with the far right of American politics, you may be a terrorist.
3.) If you are worried that the U.S. may be absorbed into the U.N., you may be a terrorist.
4.) If you are worried that the U.S. may be subjugated to the New World Order, you may be a terrorist.
5.) If you think that the Federal Government is corrupt, you may be a terrorist.
6.) If you think that the Federal Government is tyrannical, you may be a terrorist.
7.) If you think that the Federal government has a natural tendency to intrude on an individual’s civil rights, you may be a terrorist.
8.) If you think that the Federal government has a natural tendency to intrude on an individual’s Constitutional rights, you may be a terrorist.
9.) If you support civil activism that criticizes or protests against the Federal Government, you may be a terrorist.
10.) If you believe in individual freedoms, you may be a terrorist.
11.) If you believe in self-government, you may be a terrorist.
12.) If you have a fundamental view of your religion, you may be a terrorist.
13.) If you are a racist, you may be a terrorist.
14.) If you are a white supremacist, you may be a terrorist.
15.) If you interpret the texts of your religion literally, you may be a terrorist.
16.) If you believe there will be a racial war at the End Time, you may be a terrorist.
17.) If you believe that it is okay to inflict casualties on other groups in the name of religion, you may be a terrorist.
18.) If you believe that you are more empowered to speak out in right-leaning political climates, you may be a terrorist.
19.) If you believe that you are more empowered to speak out in conservative political climates, you may be a terrorist.
20.) If you believe that pro-abortion forces are in league with the devil, you may be a terrorist.
21.) If you believe that abortion is evil, you may be a terrorist.
22.) If you believe that fetuses are innocent of anything, you may be a terrorist.
23.) If you believe that fetuses are human beings, you may be a terrorist.
24.) If you believe that abortion is killing, you may be a terrorist.
25.) If you believe that abortion is immoral, you may be a terrorist.
26.) If you believe that murder occurs at abortion clinics, you may be a terrorist.
27.) If you believe that it is okay to destroy abortion clinics, you may be a terrorist.
28.) If you believe that it is okay to hurt workers at abortion clinics, you may be a terrorist.
29.) If you believe that it is okay to block the entrances to an abortion clinic during a protest, you may be a terrorist.
30.) If you believe that the threat of violence inspires discourse, you may be a terrorist.
31.) If you believe that the use of violence ignites discourse, you may be a terrorist.
32.) If you believe that networking with like-minded individuals leads to a more radical stance against the Federal Government, you may be a terrorist.
33.) If you network with like-minded individuals, you may be a terrorist.
34.) If you seek a supportive social enclave of people with views similar to yours, you may be a terrorist.
35.) If you feel that you are alienated from the society that is evolving around you in this country, you may be a terrorist.
36.) If you feel isolated from the mainstream culture of this country, you may be a terrorist.
37.) If you feel that the current political system in this country does not represent your views, you may be a terrorist.
38.) If you are experiencing a personal financial crisis, you may be a terrorist.
39.) If you are experiencing a personal emotional crisis, you may be a terrorist.
40.) If you are experiencing a personal mental crisis, you may be a terrorist.
41.) If you have ever acted violently in the past for any reason, whatever the justification was, you may be a terrorist.
42.) If you support attacks of any kind (verbal or physical) on the Federal Government, you may be a terrorist.
43.) If you support violent action against the Federal Government, you may be a terrorist.
44.) If you believe that it is okay to block egress to a Federal Building during a protest, you may be a terrorist.
45.) If someone has to step around you during a sit-in, you may be a violent terrorist.
46.) If you support plots against the Federal Government, you may be a terrorist.
47.) If you identify with the Far Right, you may be a terrorist.
48.) If you identify with the Extreme Right, you may be a terrorist.
49.) If you identify with Right Wing Populism, you may be a terrorist.
50.) If you identify with the Radical Right, you may be a terrorist.
51.) If you are a right-leaning Republican, you may be a terrorist.
52.) If you are a moderate Republican, you may be a terrorist.
53.) If you are a left-leaning Republican, you may be a terrorist.
54.) If you are a Libertarian, you may be a terrorist.
55.) If you are a Tea Party member, you may be a terrorist.
56.) If you are an Independent, you may be a terrorist.
57.) If you are a conservative, you may be a terrorist.
58.) If you are of any political persuasion other than Left/Liberal, you may be a terrorist.
59.) If you are Far-Left, you may be a terrorist.
60.) If you identify with a particular ethnic group, you may be a terrorist.

63.) If you identify with any particular political expression that is not Left/Liberal, you may be a terrorist.
64.) If you try to stay with people of the same race as you, you may be a terrorist.
65.) If you move to a suburb composed of one particular race, you may be a terrorist.
66.) If you move to a suburb composed of one particular cultural group, you may be a terrorist.
67.) If you move to a suburb composed of any one particular linguistic group, you may be a terrorist.
68.) If you move to a suburb composed of any one particular political persuasion, you may be a terrorist.

2.) If you do not care about anything, do not say anything, do not participate in anything, do not have any opinions, do not think, and do exactly what you are told by those in positions of authority above you, you may NOT be a terrorist. No exceptions.

the ‘Federal Government’ is not actually a government but, is a corporation as defined in Title 26. Section 3002 of United State Code. It is not a republican form of government as the Republic was vacated in 1861. Following the Civil War the District of Columbia was incorporated in 1871 (The Act to Provide a Government for the District of Columbia.
In 1933 this corporate government declared bankruptcy and went into receivership. (Emergency Banking Act 0f 1933; HJR 192). The Receiver was the international bankers. The People’s gold was confiscated by Executive Order and the People and their land and possessions were pledged as collateral to the bankers as security for more loans. (House Joint Resolution 192 of 1933).
The Federal Corporation never had any sovereignty as it is a corporation (fictitious entity), as well as bankrupt.
Who are the shareholders of the corporation “Federal Government”?

I cannot name them specifically however, the District of Columbia was quit-claim deeded to the IMF via the Bretton-Woods Treaty in 1944. If I would hazard a guess, I would guess the Committee of 300 are the shareholders, with the Rothschild banking cartel holding the majority. The Queen of England would also be a major shareholder, as well as the Vatican. Good question! I’ll research this when I get a chance.
