In my mind the best chance for the American people to unite is to agree that both major political parties are responsible for the mess we are in. Yes, it is my belief that Barack Obama is a dangerous man. If you look at his history with an open mind you will find that Obama surrounded himself with those who hated America. He was mentored by known communists like Frank Marshall Davis and Bill Ayers. These men and many others associated with Obama hated everything that America the Constitutional Republic stood for.
Now a large number of Conservative Patriots, like myself, live in fear that Martial Law is coming. We have seen our president issue executive orders within the last 12 months, in case of a National Security Emergency, to take control of all communications (including cell phones and internet) and all sources of utilities/energy (including gasoline, water, and electricity). We hear of FEMA camps and continually hear leaked news from DHS inside sources who claim that Martial Law is coming soon. Most recently the plans for drone attacks against American Citizens, on U.S. soil, has been leaked. There is no doubt that these are dangerous times.
I think it is very important to entertain the idea that Obama is just the latest pawn in a grand scheme. The groundwork has been laid for decades. Both the Republicans and Democrats have for many generations supported bigger government. Talk is cheap, you must look at the actions of those in office.
Today I want to talk about FEMA camps and give you a clue as to where this all started, because developments are developments and these talks did not start with the election of Obama in 2008 or with the passage of HR 645 in 2009. Would it surprise you to know that the current model for FEMA camps was established 25 years prior to the passage of this bill, during the Reagan Administration? And that particular framework was adopted from another plan written in 1970?
I was 15 years old in 1984, and to me Ronald Reagan walked on water. He was one of my first heroes. I have since learned that I can accept a man’s good ideas and incorporate them into my own personality without having to put him on a pedestal. There were things that happened from 1981 through 1989 that should be viewed as crimes against the American people, and until we can take an objective view at history we will never learn from it.
Have you ever heard of Rex 84? Rex 84 was short for “Readiness Exercise 1984.” Allow me to digress for just a minute, because I happened to have two years of Latin in high school. Rex is also the Latin word for “King” which may be coincidence or it may not. I do find it interesting.
Rex 84 was prepared by Oliver North. Wikipedia, which happens to be my favorite source for unbiased history, can sum it up much better than I can:
Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, was a secretive “scenario and drill” developed by the United States federal government to suspend the United States
Constitution, declare martial law, place military commanders in charge of state and local governments, and detain large numbers of American citizens who are deemed to be “national security threats”, in the event that the President declares a “State of National Emergency”. The plan states events causing such a declaration would be widespread U.S. opposition to a U.S. military invasion abroad, such as if the United States were to directly invade Central America.[1][2][3][4][5] To combat what the government perceived as “subversive activities”, the plan also authorized the military to direct ordered movements of civilian populations at state and regional levels.[6]
Rex 84 was written by Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North, who was both National Security Council White House Aide, and NSC liaison to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and John Brinkerhoff, the deputy director of “national preparedness” programs for the FEMA. They patterned the plan on a 1970 report written by FEMA chief Louis Giuffrida, at the Army War College, which proposed the detention of up to 21 million “American Negroes”, if there were a black militant uprising in the United States.[1][7]Existence of a master military contingency plan (of which REX-84 was a part), “Garden Plot” and a similar earlier exercise, “Lantern Spike”, were originally revealed by journalist Ron Ridenhour, who summarized his findings in an article in CounterSpy.[8]

What I want everyone to understand is that the American people are partially at fault, due to apathy, for letting things get to this point. When our candidate wins an election it normally means that we enter a state of apathetic contentment and put the blinders on for four years. Shame on us for not watching what has been really going on. We share in the blame and we will have to fix it. Yes, it will take a revolution of sorts, whether it be with our ballots or our guns. The people must fix this. The politicians will not fix what they do not want to fix.
Let me explain myself because this is one of those posts that has the potential to make everyone who reads it angry. Many liberals know and understand that the provisions for Martial Law are in place, they just don’t believe that Obama will call for it.
Many conservatives in previous administrations knew that provisions were in place for Martial Law, but they didn’t think that a Republican president would call for it. Let me quote an interesting article written in 2006.
We are dangerously close to a situation where ~ if the American people took to the streets in righteous indignation or if there were another 9/11 ~ a mechanism for martial law could be quickly implemented and carried out under REX 84.
The Cheney/Bush administration has a plan which would accommodate the detention of large numbers of American citizens during times of emergency.
The plan is called REX 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984. Through Rex-84 an undisclosed number of concentration camps were set in operation throughout the United States, for internment of dissidents and others potentially harmful to the state.
The Rex 84 Program was originally established on the reasoning that if a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA.
Existence of the Rex 84 plan was first revealed during the Iran-Contra Hearings in 1987, and subsequently reported by the Miami Herald on July 5, 1987

And there you have it ~ the real purpose of FEMA is to not only protect the government but to be its principal vehicle for martial law.

Does this excerpt remind you of anything? It reminds me very much of the debate we are having today. Is Martial Law coming? Yes I believe it is. There are too many leaks coming out and too many signs that point to it.
But, if I am wrong, and it would not be the first time, I think that we need to learn from history. Obama did not snap his fingers and make all of this appear. Our republic has created the potential for a corrupt President to rise to the level of pseudo-dictator by giving the office too much power. If someone who hates America ever comes into power then it is not the actions of this one individual who will have brought the end of America as we know it. It is generations of both Democrats and Republicans.
Lawmakers continually use things that were put in place by previous administrations and legislatures and they twist provisions to suit the needs of the current day. They are all about big government but they are about the big government that suits them. Without fail they leave behind tools that future lawmakers can work with. Laws get amended and interpreted to suit the goals of those currently in power.
Many generations of public servants share in the blame. If a corrupt individual claims the top seat in the land they have been handed the keys to a tyrannical dictatorship, on a silver platter.
Our only chance as a nation is for the people to start to agree that there is plenty of blame for both sides, and to make both sides accountable. We have stooped so low as a nation that a known Marxist theorist is sitting in the White House because people viewed him as the lesser of two evils.
If people don’t wake up soon it will be too late. Make no mistake, there are conspiracies in place to bring America to its knees and you can trust no one in Washington D.C. and I do mean no one.
The system is broken and someday people will have to make a choice whether to submit to a tyrannical government or to rise up against it. I believe that day is very close.
But even if the day is not here, will you forget about these things in 2016 if Rand Paul is elected president? Or will you finally start to believe in the honesty and caring of your fellow man more than the words of polished speakers who are trained to make us think that they care? Power and greed are their only mistresses. They care nothing about you and I. Honest people do not make it to the top offices in this country very often. It is so rare that I would rather distrust them all then put blind faith in the 1% or 2% who may be pure of heart. I have been fooled before.
Make no mistake. The powers that be love to see the American people divided. That is how they maintain and gather more power. They are able to do this only because we let them.

Dean, while I normally agree with most of what you say, I have to question relying on Wikipedia as an accurate source of information. Anyone who signs up with them can change information. Every Administration since the War Between the States has drawn up similar plans, they are a necessary evil. The basis behind them is that should a faction, be it drug cartels,Organized Crime, Foreign States or just plain lunatics decide to take a baseless course of action towards insurrection a mechanism must be in place to deal with it. Past Administrations have more or less been in line with what is in the interest of the National good, the current one however seems to have an agenda that differs with it. Yes Lt. Some sort of plan has to be in place to meet the needs of the masses and the security of the Nation.

Isn’t it obvious that there is a significant global awakening happening? Just as the Mayans predicted so many years ago, the apocalypse would become apparent in 2012. There should be one simple law regulating morality: Do no harm. Thus, it’s impossible for the government to enforce morality with guns, cages, and taxes because those clearly cause severe harm to your liberty and our well-being.

You know that the mainstream media is wholly owned and manipulated by the ruling elite: A dwindling number of people still actually believe what they hear coming from the establishment media as if it’s gospel, even when they already accept that they are bought and paid for by the elite controllers. Yet, recognizing that they are nothing more than a propaganda machine and a form of mind control are the first steps in being able to critically think beyond the scientific messaging they broadcast.
7. You know that your neighbors are not your enemy even if you have fierce ideological disagreements: This is perhaps the most difficult thing to overcome in the awakening process. But it’s vital to understand that your neighbors have been indoctrinated and hypnotized like the rest of the us, until someone helps shine a light on inconsistencies in our thoughts and beliefs. Most of their ideas are not their own. They are suffering just like the rest of us. It’s okay to condemn their actions if they’re harmful, but those who are awake will not give up on spreading information that can enlighten those who might still be in the dark. None of us were born “awake” and all of us can learn even more.
8. You know that the endgame is one-world control of planet Earth: Once you understand that the endgame for the ruling elite is to have complete control of all vital facets of society through a global government, one-world currency, international armed forces, and so on, it is simple to see through the lies and propaganda surrounding even the most confusing world events. You will never go back to sleep when you fully accept this reality.
9. You recognize that there are esoteric powers manipulating our physical world: Whether you’re a religious or spiritual person, scientific or just plain curious, there are many theories about an invisible force at play in all of this. Obviously it’s impossible to prove exactly what it is. You may not want to believe it, but the ruling elite takes their occult rituals deadly serious. And they likely know something we don’t. Just by keeping an open mind about this possibility, you’ll forever keep an open mind about the things we can actually see, hear, taste and touch. 10. The power to change the world rests with you and you alone: For too long people have believed themselves to be weak, or relied on others to change the world for them. You’ll know that you’re fully awake when you realize that you have infinite power to change the world by simply living the change you want to see. First, you have to identify the principles that you believe in and then go out and live by them. If just a small minority took steps to do this, it would shake the establishment to its core.

Sorry if something happens it’s gonna be because the Gov. made it happen. If this is the case. Why would you have to have the people fenced in. If a catastrophic event happened people would go willingly if all their homes were destroyed. But why would an average Joe need to be fenced into a facility. If everything they knew was destroyed they would automatically know this was their only choice. So why all the security? There will be military personnel and National guard there? If in fact these are safety measures for the people!! Why would the barbwire not be faced outward to keep thieves away instead of Joe inside? Look at the whole picture my friend.

Dean- What do you think about all of the recent “leaks”? Are the leakers really concerned Patriot minded people trying to get the word out for us to prepare? Or could it be they are propaganda agents, helping Obama implement his all to common “method of operation” “assured cooperation through intimidation”. It seems a little peculiar to me that most of this has been either in place or in the works for years, but it is suddenly all leaking out at once, coinciding with the progressive’s attempt to abolish the 2nd, ban guns, and pretty much rewrite the laws of the land. All of these leaks, and troop and equipment movement within our boarders, along with UN buildup, and the release of drone attack criteria, could all be a scare tactic to try to make the populous more submissive. Dean- Completely without reference to Wikipedia, it remains quite simple to connect past administrations with Un-American intentions predating the most obvious of all, The Council on Foreign Relations. I used to believe that it was coincidental that so many administrations (ALL) did “interesting” things that could be used as tools against America, while claiming that all were for contingencies arising from “catastrophic accidents” which may occur. My own thoughts are as the budget crises continues, the congress & the president cannot compromise, all the while the treasury keeps buying our own bonds, the fed keeps doing QE (printing money to infuse into the market) which arifically keeps the market high all the while Sachs-Goldman is buying hedge funds. When the bond bubble bursts just like the housing bubble It will set into motion inflation possibily hyper-inflation(200%) This going to cause a run on the banks which they will not be able to give people thier money because they only keep 10% of anyone’s money in thier accual acct.. This is going to cause a run on all the food markets & when people can’t eat civil unrest is going to start an up rising in the inner-cities. That is when they will call for martial laws in certain areas, most likely where the most violence is occurring. My advice to anyone is to stock up on staples & toilet paper. I do not think the rural areas will be affected as much except for the vigilaties that may show up to steal what they can from you, mostly your guns & food. Just my thoughts.

Look up Thompson Correctional Center in Illinois. My home town is but a stones throw from that state-of-the-art facility. It was build but never used. Everyone in our community was hoping the facility would bring jobs to the area. It never happened. Regardless of what you hear, there was but a handful of “low level” prisoners there for a very, very short time. I could never figure out why they went to all the cost and trouble to build this huge facility and then leave it empty. Now I know why, it’s crystal clear. Finally it makes sense. It’s the only thing that makes sense.
Thomson Correctional Center was built between May 1999 and November 2001. Its completion cost $140 million, but the state omitted opening costs from the 2002 budget, and Governor George H. Ryan called for a delay to the opening to save $50 million per year in operating costs.[7] By 2009, the total cost to the state of Illinois exceeded $170 million.[8] The minimum security unit has an annual budget of $7 million.[9] State budget constraints as well as labor union opposition to closing other state prisons prevented the maximum-security prison from opening.[9]
Illinois Senator Dick Durbin’s office announced on October 2, 2012 that the Obama administration and Federal Bureau of Prisons is buying the Thomson Correctional Center from the Illinois for $165 million.[10][11][12]
An administration official said the deal was to address overcrowding issues, “The entire facility will house only [Bureau of Prison] inmates (up to 2,800) and be operated solely by BOP. Specifically, it will be used for administrative maximum security inmates and others who have proven difficult to manage in high-security institutions,” said the official, who asked not to be named.[13] This statement was echoed in letter from U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder. “I have committed that no Guantanamo detainees will be transferred to Thomson. As you know, any such transfer would violate express legal statutory prohibitions,” Holder said in a letter to Representative Frank Wolf, who fought the proposal.[14] Democratic Senator Dick Durbin of Illinois said the move would create 1,000 jobs in the area of Thomson.[14] Federal officials have said that building a new prison instead of buying Thomson would cost about $400 million and take years.[11] State officials estimated that annual operation of the facility would generate more than $122 million in operating expenditures, including salaries and $61 million in local business sales.[11]
To this day the facility sits empty. Just waiting.

I know so much more today than what I knew in February when I wrote this about the prisons. We are being pushed over the edge by the mega bankers. The government knows we are going to have an economic collapse. When this happens, and it’s when, not if, the SHTF will bring civil war to this country. This will happen and I believe soon. My biggest fear is I will be out of town or out of the country, away from my family. They are coming after the guns right now. We won’t have to wait long. It will soon be here.

This is old news. These were being built in the 90s by orders of Reagan in the 80s. They were empty for many years and are now filled with military guards awaiting public.
As for idiots who think they can fight it by owning a gun, think again when the tank comes down your street with the cruise missile aimed at your house. You cannot fight the government with guns so whoever gave you that idea is thrilled with the money you wasted buying guns since they can now leave on a private Jet before Civil War breaks out from a politically divided nation..
